• In-Stock Torso Toy [USA or EU Warehouse] : 12-24 Hours Processing time + 2-5 Days Shipping time.
• Not In-Stock Torso Toy : Will be shipped directly from our China factory. 1-3 Days Processing time + Shipping Time (Depends on your shipping method you choose and your location)

Here is the shipping time table:

• Shipping partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL,Royal Mail, etc.
• Track your order: Once shipped,you will recieve the tracking number in your mailbox.You can track your order on the carrier official website(www.usps.com,www.fedex.com.www.ups.com ,etc)  or 17track.net. You can also email us: [email protected] to get the latest status of your package.
• Discreet Packaging : All torso toy will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information indicating that it’s a sex toy.

Order Cancellations Policy

• <24 hours (Haven't been shipped) : 5% cancellation fee
• ≥24 hours (Haven't been shipped) : 25% cancellation fee
• Once shipped : Can’t be canceled

Refund Policy

You can get a refund in the following cases:

• Never received your order – Full refund, or resend it for you if you’re willing to wait.
• Received the wrong product  – Provide us with photos of the wrong product and we will refund or resend a correct product for you.
• Received the damaged product– If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it's product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.

Return Policy

We offer 30 days easy return service.But you must ensure that the package has never been opened and the product has never been used,you need to provide the necessary photos and videos as evidence.Then, we will give you the return address, you just need to send it to the address according to our request (we will cover the shipping cost).Email us : [email protected]
