Section5 : Discreet Packaging
All torso toy will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information indicating that it’s a sex toy.Here are sample photos of the package:
Note: For other countries (excluding the USA), the Carrier or Customs may open the package for inspection to determine import taxes.Please don’t worry about this, they will not damage the product.
Section6 : Shipping Destinations
We can make shipments for lots of countries and regions all over the world, However, due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations:
Islamic countries, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, or Brazil.
Section7 : Never received & Package was damaged by the carrier
- If you never receive your package, please contact us ASAP and we will resend it for you.
- If the package is damaged by the carrier, please complain to the local carrier service provider. At the same time, take some photos of the damaged product and send it to us, and we will assist you in handling it.
Section8 : Wrong or Damaged product received
Please contact us and provide some necessary photos as evidence, and we will immediately send you the replacement.
